On Point Barbers announces when it will open its new shop in Risbygate Street, Bury St Edmunds

A highly-popular barbers which had to move out of a Bury St Edmunds gym complex last year, just two months after moving in, has announced the opening date of its new shop as it is set to return to the town.

On Point Barbers, which was once based in the Sports Direct Fitness gym, in Easlea Road on the Moreton Hall estate, before their landlords closed the site at short notice, will be opening its new shop in one of the units in the former Bowers Motorcycles site in Risbygate Street on February 5.

With another barbershop already in Elmswell, near Stowmarket, entrepreneurs Oli Norman and Brodie Nurse told SuffokNews in November last year that it was great to be coming back to the town.

Now having an opening date, the pair added: “We are so excited that the new shop is close to being open for customers old and new.

“We just want to thank everybody that has supported us these last couple of months and can not wait to show everyone our new place very soon.”

The pair said previously they hope to have four chairs in the barbers to start off with, with the possibility of adding another as the business progresses.
