Six flood alerts have been issued for Suffolk on Christmas day.
People should prepare for flooding in a number of areas in the county, according to the Environment Agency.
The agency says flooding is possible particularly around the coast from 6am tomorrow morning.
They advise people to take care on coastal roads and footpaths, and not to put themselves in unnecessary danger
Flood alerts have been issued for:
The Suffolk and Essex coast from Felixstowe to Clacton, including Ipswich, and the Orwell and Stour estuaries.
The tidal Deben estuary, from Felixstowe Ferry and Bawdsey to Ufford.
The Suffolk coast at Southwold, including Reydon Marshes.
The Suffolk coast from Lowestoft to Bawdsey, including the Blyth and Alde and Ore estuaries.
The tidal Deben estuary, from Felixstowe Ferry and Bawdsey to Ufford.
The tidal River Waveney from Ellingham to Breydon Water including Beccles Quay, Oulton Broad, Somerleyton, St Olaves, Haddiscoe and Belton.
The agency says tides are expected to be higher than usual, due to the forecast weather conditions.
The high tides tonight will reach the peak of the current cycle, and tides will fall away over the next few days.
